chmod +x MTProxy.sh

2. if you use Ubuntu

apt-get install wget -y
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TyrantJoy/One-click-shell_script/master/MTProxy/MTProxy.sh
chmod +x MTProxy.sh
./MTProxy.sh
