mfpcluster: Add note about optimum clustering percentage

Part of the output for mfpcluster is the line "Optimum Percentage: xxx." Modify this line to say "Optimum Percentage (as calculated by first-order difference): xxx".
This should change the standard output as well as the output to the log file created by running mfpcluster.
