As a user, I want the ability to choose the number of mismatches allowed in silico PCR
- See pommevilla/ispcr#3
As a developer, I need to be able to check that the correct primer pairs are evaluated, and not just every primer pair
- ie, F1 and R1 are evaluated, but not F1 and R2
