Does this part have to be installed?
If necessary, how to install it, or can I trouble the author to provide the docker version pipeline pls?

install it By clustalo-1.2.4-Ubuntu-x86_64 website for check*.sh just change clustalo-1.2.4-Ubuntu-x86_64 to clustalo and the problem will be solved
