Makes random LTT video titles based off of existing video titles.

This code is ugly and I don't provide support for it. Have fun.

How to use

1. Get a YouTube API key (YouTube Data API v3)
2. Put your API key in .env
3. Run ./utils/getVideoTitles.js
4. Run ./splitFile.js

Run index.js afterwards and assuming all is well, the bot will generate LTT video titles.
