Requirements

Ubuntu/Mint/Debian distros:

sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-murrine gtk2-engines-pixbuf

Fedora/RedHat distros:

sudo dnf install gtk-murrine-engine gtk2-engines

ArchLinux:

sudo pacman -S gtk-engine-murrine gtk-engines
