To use standalone, open vtt/index.html in a browser.
To use as an Opera Widget, double-click "vtt.wgt" to install.
#To preview a video
Copy the VTT output from the widget into preview/test.txt and save it
Open preview/index.html in a browser.
Select "English-WebVTT" as the text track in the player menu.
