ESA morphing rovers optimisation challenge

This code is a solution to the Optimisation challenge SPOC2 of the European Space Agency (https://optimise.esa.int/challenge/spoc-2-morphing-rovers/About)

Set-up

• Use Poetry to manage the dependencies
• Use a Python 3.10 (or above) virtual environment (it's recommended to use conda to create the environment)
• Activate the virtual environment
• Install the dependencies using Poetry

conda create -n esa-morphing-rovers python=3.10
conda activate esa-morphing-rovers
poetry install
