Record build time stamp for FlashBuilder

Based on snowkit.

Installation

1. Quit Flash Builder.
2. Copy jar file to <Flash Builder install directory>/dropins.
3. Open Flash Builder. And there will be a XML file named .buildtimestamp in the project directory after build project.
