Here you can get the loader of PyV8 used by Emmet for Sublime Text plugin.
This is thought to be used for Sublime Text Plugin creation!
In fact with this module, your plugin will automaticaly install/upgrade the PyV8 binaries from here emmetio/pyv8-binaries.
