Develop a simple web app using jsp and servlets. The app should have the following functionalities. 1) Login/Logout functionality with session management 2) Use servlet filters to authenticate users. The authorised user ids with corresponding passwords And associated rights will be stored in a DB. ( If DB is not set up on your system use a text file) 3) The web app should provide the user with the option to write to or read from three separate .properties file through the UI. Certain users have only read privileges while certain others can modify the files also. If an unauthorised access is attempted then an error message should be displayed and the attempt should be logged. 4) The web app should keep track of all the files that have been modified/viewed by the user and log all the changes made in a log file
