Allows you to see your document if you get disconnected.
It should also make loads of pad pages quicker.
To make it work visit http://yourserver.com/ when offline and it will list the pads available
It will automatically store pad changes to your localStorage. Prolly wont work in IE <10
Install via the /admin/plugins UI in Etherpad Lite.
