We believe education must be free for all, regardless of revenue or anything else.
Education is now monopolized by a very large number of corporations and institutions. The only way to get free education is to create a new education system, and to do that, we need to create a new token. This is the goal of this project. Our currency will be used for storing the value of human knowledge and human power.
We will use the ERC20 standard to create a token. The token will be called open-education-token and will be issued by the Leon Software smart contract. The token will be issued to anyone who contribute to the project or learn from our platform. Those contributions can be:
- contributions to the project development
- contributions to the project infrastructure
- advertising for the project
- creating courses
- creating educational materials
- hosting offline courses
- hosting offline examns
