Developed under Python 3.6. Please make sure you have all required libraries in your virtual environment.
Usage script accept two files. First file is CSV of departments. Second one is CSV of employees.
There are four supported commands:

Department 1
Get department name and city for department ID.

Count 1
Get number of employees in department. It is whole department and it's sub-departments.

People 1
Get firstname and surname for employees in department and it's sub-departments.

Average 1
Get average of age for employees in department and it's sub-departments.
python orgchart.py /path/to/file1 /path/to/file1
