The **Insert into Post** button then uses the caption in the **Caption shortcode** like this: `[caption]<img (...) /> Caption[/caption]` This is not quite desired if you frequently upload plenty of images with IPTC caption written in Photomechanic, Lightroom, Photoshop or any other tool.
