Configuration

This repo uses Python3.5, jupyter notebook.

Set up

1. Navigate to the location that you wish to set up the repo in using your computer's terminal
2. Run this command: git clone [e-mail]:pengnam/CancerDetection.git

Files

GetRandomSubset.ipynb generates a pseudo-random subset (random is seeded) of the training and test data and places it in the subset_data folder in the input folder
