A Library for TwitVid integration written in Ruby.
INSTALL:¶ ↑
gem sources -a http://gems.github.com sudo gem install pedrofranceschi-phtwitvid
SYNOPSIS:¶ ↑
>> require 'phtwitvid'
The Library needs to be initialized:
>> twitvid = PHTwitVid.new
You need to get an API token:
>> myToken = twitvid.get_token('username', 'password')
To upload a video, is simple:
>> video = twitvid.upload(myToken, 'This is a cool video.', "/path/to/video/file/video-1.mp4", "upload")
Will be returned an array that have two values: media_id and media_url:
=> {"media_id"=>"2CB38", "media_url"=>"http://twitvid.com/2CB38"}
And, ofcourse, you can get the media_url, for example, using:
>> myVideoURL = video['media_url'] => "http://twitvid.com/2CB38"
