This code is used to automatically segment the left and right ventricles on bSSFP cardiac MRI. The aim of my project is to use these ventricle segmentations to measure kinetic energy and other hemodynamic parameters in cardiac 4D flow MRI images by registering bSSFP images to 4D flow images.
