COVID-19 Verbali CTS
Il 5 febbraio 2020, con Decreto del Capo Dipartimento della Protezione civile n. 371, è stato istituito il Comitato Tecnico Scientifico (CTS) con competenza di consulenza e supporto alle attività di coordinamento per il superamento dell'emergenza epidemiologica dovuta alla diffusione del Coronavirus.
Il Comitato è composto da esperti e qualificati rappresentati degli Enti e Amministrazioni dello Stato. La sua attuale composizione è stata ridefinita con l'Ordinanza del Capo Dipartimento n. 663 del 18 aprile 2020.
Il 17 marzo 2021 con l’Ordinanza n.751 è stata ridefinita la composizione del Comitato e, vista la necessità di razionalizzarne le attività per ottimizzarne il funzionamento, ridotto il numero dei componenti. E’ stata prevista, inoltre, la presenza di esperti nel settore statistico-matematico-previsionale o di altri ambiti utili a definire il quadro della situazione epidemiologica e a effettuare l’analisi dei dati raccolti per il contrasto della pandemia e per fornire il necessario supporto ai soggetti preposti a fronteggiare l’emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19.
I verbali sono resi disponibili dopo 45 giorni dalla data di svolgimento delle riunioni cui fanno riferimento.
Nei documenti sono state oscurate le generalità e gli altri dati identificativi dei soggetti privati, anche societari, e dei prodotti sanitari di questi ultimi, allo scopo di contemperare le esigenze di trasparenza con quelle di riservatezza dei terzi.
Sono stati, altresì, omessi gli allegati e i documenti sottoposti alle valutazioni del CTS, in virtù di quanto disposto dall'articolo 5-bis, comma 2, del D. Lgs 33/2013, e tenuto conto dell'alto numero di controinteressati, come previsto dalla Circolare FOIA 1/2019.
On February 5, 2020, under Decree no. 371 issued by the Head of the Civil Protection Department, the Technical Scientific Committee (TSC) has been established. The Committee is responsible for advising and supporting the coordination activities to overcome the epidemiological emergency of Covid-19.
The Committee is composed of experts and qualified representatives of State Bodies and Administrations. Its current composition was revised by the Ordinance of the Head of Department no. 663 of April 18, 2020.
On March 17, 2021, with Ordinance no. 751, the composition of the Committee was redefined and the number of its member has been reduced; owing to the need to reorganize the activities and to optimize the functioning. Furthermore, experts operating in statistics, mathematics, forecasting and other domains have been invited to define the framework of the epidemiological situation and to analyze the data collected in order to contrast the pandemic and to provide support to subjects in charge of dealing with the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency.
The reports are published 45 days after the meetings to which they refer.
Personal details and other identification data of private individuals or corporate bodies and their health products have been obscured. The aim is to meet the requirements of transparency while maintaining the confidentiality of third parties.
The attachments and the documents submitted for evaluation by the TSC have also been removed, in accordance with the provisions of article 5-bis, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 33/2013, and taking into account the high number of counterparts, as provided for in FOIA Circular 1/2019.
