gives award to newbies( New user )

you can set awards by putting the file in plugin folder and reboot.

after that you have to go to plgun_data folder and find PNewbieAward folder or find PNewbieAward folder in plugin folder.

you can edit the following numbers.
"아이템" means itemId // "데미지" means damage // "갯수" Do Not Touch. "이름" is item name. you can set it default by setting "0"// ex) "이름" = "0" // "설명" is item explanation
- after editing reboot.
