Missing genotype

Hi,
When I open vcf file in 'xTea_paper/benchmark/HG002/' I found all the genotype are 1/1. Could you send me a copy with exact genotype ?

These are haplotype phased insertions. "H1" and "H2" are the two haplotypes.
