Title: Azure ChatBot Assistance for Portal For Doctors and Telegram
My problem statement is: During this covid era, there is a lot of stress, hustle and burden on doctors of our medical sector which is not a good thing. There is also a lack of awareness among people about symptoms of various diseases and their solutions, like what to do in their initial phase and what precautionary actions they can take for them. So, there must be some system that can handle all these problems effectively.
During this period of Covid-19, to reduce the stress and burden of doctors of our medical sector & also to make people aware and give some information about symptoms of various diseases and their solutions to patients so that they can take precautionary actions on time, I made Azure ChatBot system which I eventually implement in my website or portal named as "Portal for Doctors". I have also implemented this AzureBot system in "Telegram" app to get a health ChatBot assistant in them. Portal for Doctors is my college mini-project on which I am working on. Basically, I made this project to help the doctors and patients in their busy schedule so that doctors can give the treatment and patients can get the treatement in lesser time with no waiting and any hustle. I implement this ChatBot in my portal / website to get this health ChatBot assistance for serving the patients anytime. This Health ChatBot Assistance can give the best advice to the patients that they can take on time.
Basically, I deployed my website that I made for a mini project on Microsoft Azure portal as a static website and then implement this azurebot system to my website to get the health assistance advice using the various azure services. I have also implemented this Azurebot system in the Telegram app. The azure services that I used for making this are QnA Maker, Health Bot, API Apps, AzureApp Services.
So, when the user will access the our site :https://staticwebsite1312.z5.web.core.windows.net, then my website will open like this-
On clicking on the options i.e, Home, About, Facility, Review, Appointment, Post, Chatbot, user can navigate through the different pages of site I deployed on Azure.

On clicking the option Reviews, it will show the reviews of people:
On clicking the Appointment option, 'Make an Appointment' page will appear where the user can enter their data and user can make appointment with their respective doctors:
On clicking the Posts option, POSTS page will appear along with the footer section:
On clicking the Chabot option, our AzureBot will become active and respond quickly when the user ask him something as shown below:
I built this website using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and using some Azure servives and deployed on Microsoft Azure Portal as a static website & in future, I will be adding more features to this portal or website as well.
I have also implemented this AzureBot system in Telegram App that similarly does the functions as it does on my website as shown below:
