Removes fees of Claymore's Ethereum miner for Windows

Tested on ethermine.org

Installation:

1. Install a recent python version
2. Install pydivert: "pip install pydivert"
3. Edit the file and enter your ETH address where noted
4. Run file as admin (needed for network stack access) alongside claymore miner
