This repository is a submission for City of LA UCLA Anderson Datathon sponsored by Accenture.
Please check the instructions pdf file to download the city payroll data.
Datathon_Cleaning.R file cleans the data and Datathon_Model.R builds a predictive model for employee salaries, for the first half of 2018, using the payroll data between 2013-2017. Group6.csv contains the predictions for each employee.
