Project:

I want to write a project where we bring candidates coding skills together with employers. I used swagger-ui and also layered architecture this project.

Req-1: Programming languages should be kept in the system.

Names cannot be repeated.

Programming language cannot be left blank.

Req-2:Sub-technologies of programming languages should be able to be added or deleted to the system. can be updated and listed.

Example:

Java : Spring, JSP.

JavaScript : Vue, React
