A bit of https://www.top500.org/ data analysis.
Loads the Excel data from ./data/top500_raw.xls, cleans it up a bit, and writes it as a CSV file sto ./data/top500_cleaned.csv.
Use this notebook if you want to:
- regenerate the cleaned-up CSV file
- understand which cleanup steps are taken
