This is the actual otdd server for storing the online test case and handling otdd test runner's test fetching and running requests.
It contains two parts:
- the web. The web interface to view, manage, edit and select the online test cases.
- the grpc server. The grpc server to interface to handle the otdd test runner's test fetching and running requests.
