Tests

Every module has to have a test.

Underscores

modular_scale.ts vs modular-scale.ts

Modules, not packages

Use the term "module" instead of "library" or "package".

Exported functions: max 2 args, put the rest into an options object.

Top level functions should not use arrow syntax.
