Most common sequence and alignment formats are supported : - CODATA, EMBL, FASTA, GCG, GDE, GENBANK, IG, NBRF, RAW, and SWISSPROT. - CLUSTAL, FASTA, MEGA, MSF, NEXUS, PHYLIP (interleaved and sequential) and STOCKHOLM.
