Graph clustering project using Markov clustering algorithm, K-medoid algorithm, Spectral algorithm with GUI. Use requirements.txt to install. App uses Qt5 for interface. Examples of data are listed in repo. You can build your own graphs for analysis using the same format as in the examples.
