Computer Age Statistical Inference code for textbook

Works directly with RStudio. Open up the .Rproj file and you're good to go. Content:
- Chapter wise .Rmd files
- data sub-folder (currently empty): data
- Chapter wise .html files for browser preview
- Misc support files since I'm also using reference functions in Latex and R
