Data analysis for "Limitations of snapshot hyperspectral cameras to monitor plant response dynamics in stress-free conditions"

Installation

Create a new Anaconda/Python environment and install the dependencies:

conda create --name analysis python=3.7
conda activate analysis
python setup.py install

Run the analysis

To run the analysis for the first dataset from the paper, execute the following script:

python data_analysis.py

This will download the data from the internet and execute the analysis step by step (this can take a while). You can monitor the progress using the standard output.
