count number of records in json file, count number of records that end up in mongo.
e.g Count number of genes in gene.json.gz. then when the data is loaded, query mongo to see how many genes are in the genes collection. These numbers should match.
We aren't going to do this. The record count in the JSON is always going to match what's in Mongo so this would be a waste of time. We are already validating the download and the build.
