Shared vscode ide settings for BiodivPortal/bioportal_web_ui.

Usage

1. Copy files into your BiodivPortal/bioportal_web_ui project
2. Make sure to ignore the files with .gitignore
3. Run the following commands in your projects root:

• solargraph clear
• bundle install
• bundle exec yard gems
