Installation Using Scripts

1. Generate Cloudflare certificate for SSH

   ./init-cert.sh default.crt YOUR_DF_CRT\
                default.key YOUR_key_CRT\
                cloudflare.crt YOUR_CLOUDFLARE_CRT\
