Simplifies the creation of phar-files (PHP Archives) for composer-packages.
composer require --dev oleics/ac-build-pharIn a folder of a composer-package:
php -dphar.readonly=0 vendor/oleics/ac-build-phar/bin/cli.php --phar mylib.pharSpecify a main:
php -dphar.readonly=0 vendor/oleics/ac-build-phar/bin/cli.php --phar myapp.phar --require bin/cli.php
