Dealing with GO obsoletion cell death

We need new patterns to deal with generic cell death as GO is obsoleting this term

Proposals:

• create new terms under PATO viability for increased/decreased cell death and absence of viability
• Viability relates to organism or population we could not use this for cells in an organism we would need new terms for this as well
