Infinality fonts for Debian are a bit trickier than arch but they're buildable. http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=88545
Seems like most info on the internet the link above and linked debian build scripts are woefully out of date.
Going to have to figure out how to set up https://github.com/bohoomil/fontconfig-ultimate from source.
Tomorrow will be spent with https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ and http://bohoomil.com/doc/02-building/index.html
Infinality and fc-ultimate appear to be closed projects with many improvements making it upstream in one form or another. I've switched back to a vanilla fontstack
