This project is a web app that helps users find electronic vehicle charging stations and book their slots. It includes features such as nearest charging stations, the number of available slots, and the cost of usage. The web app is built using Python Django.
Installation
To run the project, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository to your local machine.
- Install Python and Django on your system.
- Navigate to the project directory using the command line.
- Run the following command:
python manage.py runserver - Open your web browser and go to
http://localhost:8000/.
Usage
Once you have installed and run the project, follow these steps:
- On the home page, enter your location or allow the web app to access your current location.
- The app will display the nearest charging stations and their availability.
- Select a charging station and the available slots will be displayed.
- Choose a slot and book it by providing your details and making payment.
- A confirmation page will be displayed once the booking is successful.
