A place to view all the trails! Data Engineering project!
Currently scrapes all backpackable trails on OregonHikers.org and ingests them to a parquet file.
Future directions:
- Easy-to-use Map of all trailheads
- Ingest from multiple sources (AllTrails, WTA, etc.)
- Search and Recommendation
- Ingest trail traffic and weather data from APIs
