How to install locally:
- clone this repository
- install postgre prepare your database
- change database settings in settings/settings.py
- create virtualenv
- activate virtualenv
- cd to the cloned repo
- run pip install -r requirements.txt
- run ./manage.py migrate
- run ./manage.py runserver
