Getting Started for local use

1. install the prerequisites
2. yarn install
3. register an application with aws, sendgrid, mongoDB Atlas
4. update the process.env with the keys from registering with aws & sendgrid & mongoDB Atlas
5. yarn build
6. yarn start

Requirements are Node.js and yarn
