CUDA Support

Currently the following components enable CUDA support:

  1. Non-Uniform FFT (finufft, or cufinufft)
  2. Orientation Matching

Continuous Integration

Continuous integration for spinifel on Summit-like machine (Ascent) applies the M-TIP algorithm to SPI data.
