Add Connectome Workbench to listed external dependencies

I suggest adding Connectome Workbench to the list of well-known software packages used in README as smriprep fails to run without wb_command in the latest version.

I guess this is the ribbon mask volume. It would be good to see if we could get away without connectome workbench, as you should be able to get a ribbon volume with mri_surf2vol --fill-ribbon, but we'd need to run a comparison.
