MP3 is an open source software aimed to support preclinical and clinical researchers for image processing studies. It is available on https://github.com/nifm-gin/MP3 To integrate a module in MP3 (more information on MP3 's wiki : https://github.com/nifm-gin/MP3/wiki):
- download the .m file related to the module on this git repository
- paste it on the MP3 source code folder :
/MP3/MP3/pipeline/Modules/Modules_Furnished/Folder_Name/where 'Folder_Name' represents the name of any folder. - Launch the pipeline manager.
