UPAS web app development
This repository contains the development version of the UPAS data visualization and analysis web app. To test the app on your local machine run the following code in RStudio: shiny::runGitHub('upas_app', 'nickgood'). Note: the app requires the 'shiny' package among others. Read the project wiki [https://github.com/nickgood/upas_app/wiki] to learn about the app.
