Remove non-zero exit codes

now that we create a summary file, we do not have to return other exit codes based on the type of validation failure
On further inspection, this is still useful for deciding on diagnostic prints inside the app. As the DataHUB will just stop relying on these codes, i think there id no problem in still using them.
