a note to my future self on creating a vm (virtual box) php-server instance on os x

on the mac run:

./create-vm.sh

This will create and launch a VirtualBox VM

Go through the normal Ubuntu Install process

Once Ubuntu is setup, download the setup-php.sh script to the linux box. Run the script.
