I implemented various enhancements to the Roaming Ralph example available on the Panda3D site.

Here is a list of the enhancements I implemented:
1. Health and Stamina Bars
2. Health decreases over time
3. Run ability that decreases stamina which recovers over time
4. Death and respawn capabilities
5. Collectibles
6. A record of the high score which stores time, number of collectibles collected and name
