Extract is a Mac OS X app (10.5 and later) to take a chunk of html and load it in it's own mostly chromeless window. This is mostly useful for taking something like a Vimeo or Youtube out of the browser and put it in it's own window. More info and screencast at http://zachwaugh.com/extract
